We process your data only to handle an inquiry sent through the contact form on our website, contact you about job offers, and potentially begin an employment or cooperation process.

Through the form, we collect the following data:

  • Phone number
  • Selected contact topic and information voluntarily provided in the message.

The legal basis for processing your data is:

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in responding to your message and communicating with website users.
  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - if your inquiry directly aims to enter into an agreement with us or start a cooperation process.

We treat your data as confidential. Access may be granted only to trusted entities supporting our business operations under appropriate agreements, such as a hosting provider, e-mail provider or external IT support. We do not sell your data to any third parties.

VI. How long do we keep your data?

We process your data for the time necessary to answer your inquiry and conduct related correspondence. After communication ends, the data may be archived for the limitation period of possible civil claims, usually up to 3 years for business-related matters, in case we need to defend our rights.

Providing data such as your name, e-mail address or phone number in the contact form is voluntary, but necessary for us to respond to your message. Without it, we will not be able to contact you.

VIII. What rights do you have regarding your data?

Under the GDPR, you have several rights. At any time, you have the right to:

  • Correct your data if it is inaccurate or outdated.
  • Delete your data if there is no longer a basis for processing it.
  • Restrict the processing of your data.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
